Want to share some thoughts from my recent trip to Paris.

Color is everywhere--all shades of green, plum and violet are very strong.

Leather is still very popular--of course no one matches Fendi's delicious skins. Lanvin scores again with some very strong new wearable shapes. Giamnattista Valli has introduced some original looks and concentrated on separates and sportswear.

Chloe is fun and so is Stella McCartney. Both have some longer skirts in interesting fabrics and styles.

Texrure is varied and innovative--flannels and gabardines make way!

...introducing a new Austrailian designer you will surely love.

Miscellaneous: noticed a beautiful woman dressed all in white, standing next to her Mercedes on Place Vendome--wondered who she was.... Later at Giambattista Valli she was in the showroom ordering her fall wardrobe. "Oh, she's a princess from the middle east who just loves Valli" I was told.

I had the most fun at Zuhair Murad look at his pictures im sure you will agree!

Sorry i couldnt bring back some beautiful spring weather for you...
